Our core service is full property management at a single, clear fee: 14% of the monthly rent, with no setup, renewal, inspection or admin fees. Around that sit let only tenant find, guaranteed rent, residential lettings, commercial lettings, sales, property sourcing, holiday and short term lets and property guardians. Whatever mix you need, you deal with one local team and one clear set of published fees.

Once instructed, you get one named point of contact rather than a call centre queue, a clear monthly statement showing exactly what came in and what went out, and plain answers when something needs a decision. We would rather lose an instruction by being honest at the valuation than win it with a rent figure the market will not pay. That approach is why so much of our work comes from recommendations between local landlords.
