Teresa Glynn

Director, MARLA

Teresa founded GMS on a simple belief: landlords in Doncaster deserve an agent who genuinely knows the law, not one who just follows a checklist. A qualified cost lawyer with over 30 years' experience in legal practice, compliance and litigation support, she brings a rare combination of legal expertise and property knowledge to the private rented sector, an industry where the rules change often and the cost of getting them wrong falls on the landlord. Teresa holds Propertymark Level 3 qualifications in both residential lettings and property inventory and is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA). Reuben Glynn

Director

Reuben is the financial and operational backbone of GMS. A graduate of the University of Salford with a background in accounting and finance, he has spent his career in legal practice management, most recently as Managing Director and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) at Andrew Isaacs Law Ltd, where he also serves as Money Laundering Officer. His depth of experience in financial compliance, regulation and business operations ensures that GMS is run to the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Landlords can take confidence that every penny held on their behalf is managed with the same rigour that Reuben applies to a regulated legal practice.

Lesley Harvey

Property Manager

Lesley is the day-to-day heartbeat of GMS and the first point of contact for both landlords and tenants. As Property Manager, she oversees the smooth running of every tenancy in the portfolio, from maintenance and inspections to rent management and tenant queries, ensuring nothing slips through the net. Lesley's warm, dependable approach means tenants feel supported and landlords feel confident that their properties are in safe hands. Kerry Ridley

Operations Manager

Kerry is our Operations Manager, bringing over 25 years' experience in the legal sector, including roles in legal costs negotiations, business development and marketing.

Danielle Thompson

Finance Manager

Danielle leads our finance department. She holds an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and is currently advancing her expertise by studying for her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

James Aitken

Digital Marketing

James leads GMS's digital presence through his agency, James Aitken Digital. With a marketing degree earned in the United States and a background spanning search, paid advertising and web development, he makes sure landlords' properties are seen by the right tenants quickly, and that GMS itself is easy to find for landlords searching across Doncaster and South Yorkshire.
