3. We take it from there. Tenant find, referencing, deposits, compliance, maintenance and inspections all become our job for the length of the agreement.
4. You get paid. Every month. Occupied or empty, paying or not, your agreed rent arrives on schedule.

Is guaranteed rent right for you?

The agreed figure is usually a little below what the property might achieve on the open market in a perfect month. That is the honest trade: we take on the risk of voids, arrears and turnover, and you take a slightly lower but completely predictable income. For many landlords that certainty is worth more than the difference.

Guaranteed rent tends to suit:

• Landlords who rely on the income. If the rent covers a mortgage or forms part of your pension, a missed month matters. Guaranteed rent means there are no missed months.
